Tornado Watch 2/18/2012

A Tornado Watch is in effect for SE Louisiana and S Mississippi until 3 p.m. Saturday. As of 10:30 a.m. the Storm Prediction Center has New Orleans, LA under a 5% hail, 30% wind, and a 10% tornado risk. Flash Flood Watches are still under effect until 6 p.m. this evening.

Starkville 3-day forecast-10/15/2011




Short term- Right now we are under high pressure. Expect similar conditions for the next two days. An amplified trough should arrived to area by Tuesday Evening.

Long term- Expect below average temperatures through next weekend. Temperatures will gradually increase starting Thursday
